It will start by either a dealer login on your website or a link from your previous website to get to the ordering online system. When a dealer logs in they would have a user name and a password. It could be their account number and company name for the user name and password. After the dealer logs into the ordering system it will give them options of your product line of all of your current products. Then they pick the product that they are working with. Now what will happen is it will show a enlarged picture machine. They will actually be able to click on the part of the machine that they need. The next screen will take the part that they selected on the machine and do a drill down of that area. The parts will be numbered on the schematic picture on the top of the page, and below the schematic are the parts throughout that piece of machine. Underneath that will be an ordering grid, and the part that they clicked on will be highlighted and all the other parts for that piece will be listed below with the reference numbers from the schematics, part number, part description, price, how many in stock, and a space provided for them to put the quantity that they would like to order. Now, once they have gotten all the parts ordered for that piece, just click the “add to cart” . It will take you to what you have ordered and show you the part number, quantity, and price for what is in your cart. After that it will give you four options to choose from: continue shopping, update cart, empty cart, or send the order. They can actually go back in and pick a different product and go though it again. It is very user friendly! Once they have finished ordering all the parts that they need, they can select a payment method whether it be Visa, MasterCard, Credit, or a ***** number, and then they will send the order. Once the order gets sent, it will do three things: Keep track of your inventory Send an invoice to the parts and shipping department Send a invoice to your accounting department
